Electronic Order Entry
Our Commercial and Institutional customers can choose from a list of sophisticated trading platforms, each of which can be tailored to the specific trading styles and requirements of that client. Electronic orders are routed with top speed and accuracy, and fills are reported within seconds. An order placed on one of our trading platforms is routed directly from the user’s computer directly to the trading floor or an electronic trading platform such as GLOBEX or ICE. Our trading platforms offer many other features such as 24-hour trading access, depth of market, real-time quotes, charting capabilities, marked-to-market account information and the viewing of working, open and filled orders as well as open positions.
Telephone Order Entry
Customers who choose to enter their orders via a land line can use a toll-free number to call directly to strategically located specialists on the CME Group trading floors. New York orders are placed through our trading desk in Chicago and electronically routed directly into the trading pits in New York. Experienced professionals who staff all of our trade desks pride themselves on the superior way each order is executed and fill reported.
Clearing Support
The ADM Investor Services back office is well-regarded as providing some of the finest customer service in the industry. Personal support is given to each client by our experienced, professional staff, as well as the tools to securely download timely, accurate account information through our Internet-based communication program called ADM Connect. Using ADM Connect, a client has the ability to receive their daily equity runs, prelims and market research as well as daily and monthly statements, margin call and open order reports and many other specialty notices that are frequently updated throughout the trading day. Clients can also access many of these same reports through the protected Login section of this website.
